PPAI Expo once again delivered meaningful conversations, hands-on product discovery, and high-energy moments for the Incentive Concepts team. Our booth was active throughout the show as we reconnected with clients, met new faces, and showcased how we continue to evolve the way companies reward and recognize employees, customers, and partners.

This year’s show also marked the start of something new for us: our annual initiative, Matching Moments with Merchandise, a focused commitment to helping clients align the right merchandise with the right moments to create more memorable, meaningful experiences.

A standout part of our PPAI Expo presence was the brand partners who joined us on the show floor. Their onsite support gave attendees the chance to connect directly with the brands behind the products and explore what’s new across our lineup.

Attendees experienced product samples up close and reviewed decoration options such as laser engraving, embroidery, screen printing, and full‑color imprinting to envision customization for their programs and events.

Our booth buzzed with energy thanks to our Event Card activation. Designed to be interactive and fun, the activation gave attendees a firsthand look at how our Event Card program elevates recognition and gifting moments.

The response was immediate, with engagement, excitement, and plenty of smiles. Participants even shared teammate shoutouts as they played along. It was a perfect real‑world example of Matching Moments with Merchandise in action, pairing the right experience with the right reward to create something memorable.

Introducing our upgraded event card platform

Building on that momentum, we’re excited to share updates to our Event Card redemption platform. The core features our clients rely on remain, including the ability to add logos, a welcome statement, custom headlines, and embedded video. Recipients still enjoy a simple redemption process with unique access codes and automated confirmation emails.

The updated platform introduces more customization and flexibility with options for custom backgrounds, banner imagery, and button colors, creating a more polished, brand‑forward experience for the client.

We also improved support for multi‑redemption programs. Cross‑category gifting can now happen within a single site using one code per recipient, making the process easier for everyone. A refreshed design and more efficient reporting provide faster insights and smoother program management, complementing the weekly reports clients already receive.
