Homegating recipes featured on corporate gifts IC LIVE
In the latest episode of Incentive Concepts LIVE, “Homegating favorites with Broil King”, Broil King Culinary Director Ben Street and Grill Master Jason Radford detailed several delicious, crowd-pleasing recipes for this season’s football celebrations. Broil King grills make perfect corporate gifts for everyone.
Grill Master Jason first shared his grilling expertise on IC LIVE in April, in an episode that went on to win the ASI award for “Best Use of Video”. This time, he turned his focus to homegating, which gives sports fans a safe way to gather friends and family and bring the energy of a big stadium to their backyards.
Corporate incentives create hot & fast recipes for every cook
To kick things off, Jason started with the “hot and fast” recipes – simple, healthy dishes that are easy to pull together for cooks of all skill levels. Using Broil King’s Crown Pellet Grill, one of the brand’s many pellet grills, he grilled salmon on a cedar plank and then quickly pulled together salmon sliders using slider buns, pesto sauce, and arugula. Jason also grilled chicken wings and offered tips for mixing a basic wing sauce with butter and hot sauce. Corporate incentives from Broil King can help every cook.
On the Regal S420 Grill, he smoked sausages and whipped up a colorful mix of peppers, tossing them in butter, oregano, and white wine for a simple yet flavorful dish. The result: Chicago Style Sausage and Peppers.
Broil King low and slow grilling recipes to impress guests
Broadcasting live from the Broil King Headquarters Kitchen, Chef Ben walked viewers through a series of recipes that were more advanced but still accessible to cooks with all levels of experience and grills of all sizes. Though he was using some of the brand’s premium grills, he pointed out that smaller Broil King grills like the Monarch™ 320 LP Grill work just fine for these dishes.
Chef Ben started with The Perfect Beef Brisket, which requires just a few ingredients and can be prepared the night before or on gameday. He moved on to The Perfect Ribs and Sweet and Spicy Smoked Beans, both relatively easy recipes that require just a little extra time for a big reward. Lastly, Chef Ben introduced a recipe crafted exclusively for Incentive Concepts – the Smoky Maple Peach Pie Moonshine Sauce. He pointed out that the use of moonshine in the sauce provides cooks with a fun element of storytelling, to intrigue guests and build anticipation for the meal.
