Bose – Sound Sanctuary

Featuring stories that inspire, Bose provides roughly 30 products a month to those who need them most through the company’s new Sound Sanctuary outreach program. In one instance, a Bose associate arranged to send a wireless Bose speaker to Adam Turner, a young boy with heart problems who found comfort in music during his hospital stays.

During Briggs & Riley’s Luggage Trade-in Program, which takes place every February, customers receive store credits for gently used Briggs & Riley rolling bags and non-Briggs rolling bags. The gently used luggage is then donated to local charities.

Costa Sunglasses – Untangle Our Oceans

Performance sunglasses brand Costa has partnered with skateboard manufacturer Bureo for the environmental initiative Untangle Our Oceans. Discarded fishing nets are collected from Chilean commercial fishing ports, recycled down into pellets, and molded into special edition sunglasses.


Other inspiring ways brands give back

Several of our other brands support their communities through impactful programs. Through Chairs For Charity, Human Touch makes a contribution to community wellness solutions for every product purchased. The Kate Spade & Company Foundation empowers low-income New York City women to starts careers in entrepreneurship, technology, and the arts. Nordic Ware donates 5% of its annual net profits to a variety of charitable causes, including United Way, Animal Humane Society, and the National Parkinson Foundation. And the New Balance Foundation invests in research-driven partnerships that prevent childhood obesity, such as supporting the Franciscan Children’s  New Balance Foundation Park in Boston.
