RepLink, the incentive industry’s premiere merchandise database, has named Incentive Concepts as the Top National Marketing Company of the Year for its Excellence in Data Entry Award. The honor was announced during the 2021 Incentive Manufacturers & Representatives Alliance (IMRA) Conference, which took place June 13-15 at the Union Station Hotel in St. Louis.
Each year, RepLink’s Excellence in Data Entry Awards emphasize the connection between strong data practices, sales, and customer service. Each award recognizes incentive companies that uphold the highest data standards, including accurate representation of available merchandise; up-to-date pricing, dimensions, and descriptions; complete spec sheets and proposal fields; and compelling product descriptions that generate true interest. The premium gift supplier winners are selected by a group of independent incentive reps who use RepLink’s merchandise information to prepare their customer proposals.
