Monthly initiative recognizes IC team members with premium rewards

Launched in February 2023, the monthly “Staff Picks” program highlights one of our stellar teammates and gifts them with a premium name-brand product of their choice. The first six installments have been cause for celebration, reinforcing our commitment to our employees and modeling a dynamic new approach to employee incentives. “Staff Picks” kicked off with VP of Operations Shelby Anderson, who was awarded a Baseline Traveler Backpack in February.

And most recently, Brand Advisor Cindy Henry, was rewarded with a Rave Sports Breeze Lounge Pool Float. In the same vein as Carlee, Cindy planned to share the wealth with family, gifting the float to her sister-in-law.
