Position Description:

  • Support sales professionals
  • Gain a vast amount of product knowledge
  • Be a reliable and dedicated contact for key customers
  • Maintain CRM database and update customer information
  • Develop relationships with factory professionals
  • Troubleshoot order mishaps to resolve customer issues
  • Complete order status and tracking reports
  • Work with Incentive Concepts and factory warehouses
  • Enter customer orders in a timely manner
  • Process purchase orders and communicate with sales, accounting and factory contacts
  • Process returns, issue call tags, and process replacements as needed
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Work as a team player to accomplish corporate goals
  • Live up to Incentive Concepts’ core values and driving principles
  • Report to and assist the Vice President of Operations

Event Staff ( 1 )
Part Time – On-site Event Experience Staff


Event Experiences by Incentive Concepts is the leading multi-brand gifting event company in the meetings, events and incentive travel industry.   Incentive Concepts operates on-site gifting programs for Bose, Movado, Bollé & Serengeti, Trek, and more.  Each brand experience brings a unique element of excitement and interest for the recipient, planner and on-site event team. Events are often for our clients’ top sales people, customers or channel partners and demand the highest customer service levels.


  • General Characteristics

o   Have a desire to achieve the highest levels of customer service

o   Willing to travel domestically, and potentially internationally

o   Be flexible to the changing nature of group events

o   Be well spoken and capable of demonstrating a range of products

o   Physically capable to stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)

o   Physically capable to move boxes (up to 30 pounds)

  • Pre-event

o   Receive merchandise and displays at venue

o   Build displays and properly merchandise products for redemption

o   Inventory all merchandise and report any discrepancies

  • During the event

o   Properly display and demonstrate products

o   Show an understanding of the chosen brand, its message and value to the attendee

o   Manage redemption signature sheets and other redemption tracking sheets

o   Ensure the Event Experience area remains clean and tidy

o   Restock display with product

  • After the Event Experience

o   Inventory all remaining merchandise and complete inventory management forms

o   Properly box, label and secure product for return shipment

o   Dismantle and pack event displays for return shipment

o   Coordinate return shipment of product and displays

o   Communicate effectively with the Event Experience management team
