Billie oversees all human resources functions including talent management, policy development, benefits administration, and employee relations. She also manages building and contract agreements and ensures the Incentive Concepts team is living up to its core values and guiding principles. Prior to her current role, Billie managed the marketing team and spearheaded IC’s corporate rebranding initiative and website relaunch. She has more than a decade of incentive industry experience and was named an IMA Rising star and PPB Magazine “Best Boss.” Billie has served on various Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) committees and was elected to the association’s Board of Directors. She currently serves as the Chair of the IMA’s Corporate Outreach Task Force and earned the IMA Certified Professional of Incentive Management designation in 2017. Billie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri. Most of all, Billie is a proud wife and mother of two boys. She is a horrible cook but hopes to master that skill one day.
Shaye joined the Incentive Concepts team in 2015 and hit the floor running. She is always up for a new challenge and works the best under pressure. Thorough and meticulous, she ensures information is accurate. Outside of work Shaye can be found cheering on her three boys (two teenagers and husband) in the many sports they play. Shaye also spends a considerable amount of time volunteering at her church.
Tori joins the Incentive Concepts team as Office Administrator. An avid baker and music aficionado, Tori enjoys baking cakes and other delicious treats while listening to bands and artists across various genres. Tori also loves attending St. Louis sporting events, especially at Busch Stadium where she can be seen on the third base line cheering for her favorite Cardinals player, Nolan Arenado. Tori is a proud mom of four amazing children and enjoys supporting their extracurricular activities and spending time as a family.
Shelby has been with Incentive Concepts since 1999. He currently oversees the Order Entry, Customer Resource, and Purchasing teams.
Lisa holds the title of longest employee and has thoroughly enjoyed wearing several different hats over her 20+ year career. Currently Lisa is responsible for purchasing and inventory control. Lisa enjoys cooking fabulous meals for her family, hanging out with pets, St. Louis Blues hockey, and cycling. Can I get a “Let’s Go Blues!”?
Kristi joined Incentive Concepts in 1999 where she entered orders, answered phones, and mailed out catalogs to award winners. In order to spend more time with her family she made the difficult decision to leave her IC family in 2008. She found her way back in 2013 and hit the ground running. Kristi works closely with the VP of Operations and oversees the Order Entry and Customer Resource teams. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and watching their two kids play a multitude of sports.
Becky D’Amaro joins the Incentive Concepts family as a Customer Loyalty Advisor. Becky moved to St. Louis in 2012 to pursue her passions in theatre, stage management, and costume design. This unique background involved strong organizational skills, the ability to think on her toes, and the appreciation of a well-tailored spreadsheet. When Becky is not working, she enjoys hiking with her husband and two puppies, Gizmo and Posey. She also likes listening to comedy and true crime podcasts, sewing, and caring for her numerous plants, mainly cacti.
After several years in the marketing and advertising industry, Regina brings a wealth of experience to the Incentive Concepts team. As a Customer Loyalty Advisor, Regina enjoys interacting with clients and helping them fulfill their needs. Her family includes a husband, two adult children, a daughter-in-law and several furry four-legged friends. When not at work, Regina enjoys boating, fishing and relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks. Her favorite getaway spot is anywhere with a beach. This is quite clear based on the colorful beach towel hanging over the back of her office chair.
Jennifer Hagemeyer grew up in Somonauk, Illinois and graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1997. As an original member of the Elite Creations team, she has experience working with all Elite Creations brand categories while managing supplier relations, sales support and customer service.
Combining her love of travel and antiques, along with a passion for life behind the camera, Jennifer is an avid photographer. She owns her own professional photography business, serves as president of her local camera club, and is proud to have won numerous awards at various photo exhibitions and galleries.
Jennifer lives in Rockford, Illinois along wither her two Shar-Pei dogs. Every Halloween, she challenges herself to hand out candy to the nearly 1,000 trick-or-treaters who visit her home.
With a strong background in client relations, account operation and project management, Jessica joins the Incentive Concepts family as Customer Loyalty Advisor. Jessica takes pride in her organizational skills and strives to develop strong relationships with teammates and customers. When not working, she enjoys spending time reading, cooking, and relaxing with her dog, Orion, and cats, Mew-Mew & Paul. An outdoor enthusiast at heart, Jessica loves all four seasons and relishes her time in nature by hiking, camping, floating, and spending time with extended family during the annual Hamm family retreat.
With a background in fashion buying and procurement for the premium incentive channel, Cindy joins Incentive Concepts as Brand Advisor. Cindy prides herself on her passion for products and cultivating strong partnerships for maximum results. Her innovative, analytical thinking combined with a deep understanding of product development and lifecycle management fuels her expertise. Cindy moonlights as a fashion designer/maker for her own clothing line and is also a group fitness instructor. She is obsessed with Halloween and has an annual tradition known as the 31 Days of Hallowear when she dresses up in Halloween-inspired fashions every day during the month of October. She and her husband are the doting parents to their many dogs and cats.
Donna has been a core member of the Incentive Concepts team since 2005. She doesn’t get overwhelmed with the thousands of orders she sees each day. Donna is a proud mother of a son and daughter, loves Rod Stewart, and can often be found with a book in her hand.
Mary Pat, better known as M.P., has been in the incentives business for over two decades. She came to Incentive Concepts in 2005 and is currently our Logoed Gifts Manager. A self-proclaimed TV and genealogy addict, M.P. is a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan. She enjoys spending time with her husband Craig and two dogs.
After working for Elite Creations as Customer Service Specialist, Jenna Wallace serves in the role of Procurement Specialist with Incentive Concepts. With abilities to learn quickly, problem-solve, and implement processes, Jenna is excited to excel in her new role with the Incentive Concepts family.
Jenna lives in Rochelle, Illinois with her husband William and their two children. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys watching her son’s soccer games and cheering for her daughter at tennis matches and marching band performances.
Justin started his career at NASA and joined Incentive Concepts as the IT Director in 2006. He received his A.A.S. in Computer Network Technology from ECPI University. Justin is always looking for the newest technology to keep Incentive Concepts in the lead on the Information Super-Highway. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He unplugs with the serenity of nature while hunting.
Kurt joined Incentive Concepts in 2006. As the warehouse manager, Kurt ensures that the warehouse and the crew run like a well-oiled machine. Kurt’s more than 20 years of experience enables him to proactively manage and turn inventory. Kurt has been known to memorize quotes from movies, but his true joy is hearing his wife admit that he introduced their two kids to the awesomeness of retro video gaming.
Much like how hockey legend Gretzky is known by only his last name, friends and family (and now the IC team) refer to Brendan by his surname ‘Clayton.’ A lifelong St. Louisan, he was a multi-sport athlete, having competed in baseball, soccer and hockey his entire life. Clayton grew up a huge movie fan, drawn to action thrillers like the Bourne Ultimatum and comedies like Anchorman. With the recent addition of his daughter – who was born in August 2019 – his movie tastes will most certainly be changing to The Adventures of Elmo, Curious George, and Dr. Seuss.
Dan is a life-long St. Louisan. He loves the comradery of the warehouse crew. When he’s not working hard to ensure proper deliveries, he’s either watching the U.S. Men’s National soccer team or whipping up one of his favorite Cajun dishes. He likes reggae music and his passion is nighttime landscape photography.
Mike joined Incentive Concepts in 2013. He is a vital part of the warehouse team making sure that all orders are shipped on time, every time. Mike can often be found enjoying a St. Louis Blues hockey game on TV in the comfort of his own home, or with all the screaming fans at the game.
