Billie oversees all human resources functions including talent management, policy development, benefits administration, and employee relations. She also manages building and contract agreements and ensures the Incentive Concepts team is living up to its core values and guiding principles. Prior to her current role, Billie managed the marketing team and spearheaded IC’s corporate rebranding initiative and website relaunch. She has more than a decade of incentive industry experience and was named an IMA Rising star and PPB Magazine “Best Boss.” Billie has served on various Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) committees and was elected to the association’s Board of Directors. She currently serves as the Chair of the IMA’s Corporate Outreach Task Force and earned the IMA Certified Professional of Incentive Management designation in 2017. Billie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri. Most of all, Billie is a proud wife and mother of two boys. She is a horrible cook but hopes to master that skill one day.
Shaye joined the Incentive Concepts team in 2015 and hit the floor running. She is always up for a new challenge and works the best under pressure. Thorough and meticulous, she ensures information is accurate. Outside of work Shaye can be found cheering on her three boys (two teenagers and husband) in the many sports they play. Shaye also spends a considerable amount of time volunteering at her church.
Lisa holds the title of longest employee and has thoroughly enjoyed wearing several different hats over her 20+ year career. Currently Lisa is responsible for purchasing and inventory control. Lisa enjoys cooking fabulous meals for her family, hanging out with pets, St. Louis Blues hockey, and cycling. Can I get a “Let’s Go Blues!”?
Mike started at Incentive Concepts working part time in the warehouse during summer and winter breaks. He officially joined the team in 2011 after earning his BA in Business at Wittenberg University. He spent time in the marketing department before moving to sales at IC’s sister company, SBH Special Marketing Group. This provided Mike great exposure to the needs of our customers as well as the capabilities and expectations of our factories. His focus now is vendor relations and business analytics. Mike is a husband and father of two, as well as a former lacrosse player and coach. In all facets of life, he believes that the difference between success and failure is a great team.
Kristi joined Incentive Concepts in 1999 where she entered orders, answered phones, and mailed out catalogs to award winners. In order to spend more time with her family she made the difficult decision to leave her IC family in 2008. She found her way back in 2013 and hit the ground running. Kristi works closely with the VP of Operations and oversees the Order Entry and Customer Resource teams. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and watching their two kids play a multitude of sports.
A native of St. Louis, Carlee serves in the role of Customer Loyalty Advisor for the Incentive Concepts family. For more than 10 years, Carlee managed a family-favorite North St. Louis County landmark, Fritz’s Frozen Custard, where she helped create an amazing experience for its customers. In her spare time, Carlee enjoys watching reality TV and crime dramas, and hanging out with the world’s best dog, her Shih Tzu “Pepper.” Carlee’s favorite day of the year is Mardi Gras, which is quite clear by all the purple, green and gold beads hanging from her rear-view mirror.
After several years in the marketing and advertising industry, Regina brings a wealth of experience to the Incentive Concepts team. As a Customer Loyalty Advisor, Regina enjoys interacting with clients and helping them fulfill their needs. Her family includes a husband, two adult children, a daughter-in-law and several furry four-legged friends. When not at work, Regina enjoys boating, fishing and relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks. Her favorite getaway spot is anywhere with a beach. This is quite clear based on the colorful beach towel hanging over the back of her office chair.
Jennifer Hagemeyer grew up in Somonauk, Illinois and graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1997. As an original member of the Elite Creations team, she has experience working with all Elite Creations brand categories while managing supplier relations, sales support and customer service.
Combining her love of travel and antiques, along with a passion for life behind the camera, Jennifer is an avid photographer. She owns her own professional photography business, serves as president of her local camera club, and is proud to have won numerous awards at various photo exhibitions and galleries.
Jennifer lives in Rockford, Illinois along wither her two Shar-Pei dogs. Every Halloween, she challenges herself to hand out candy to the nearly 1,000 trick-or-treaters who visit her home.
Raised on a farm in Hampshire, Illinois, Stephanie Koebele’s job prior to joining Elite Creations was working at a John Deere implement dealer. A country girl at heart, you will now find her on Park Avenue in the Big Apple buying thousands of handbags and accessories every year. In her role with the Incentive Concepts team, our resident fashionista manages our fashion lines.
Stephanie and her husband Eric live on acreage in Lee, Illinois along with their Labrador retrievers Kabela and Benelli. With an adventurous love of the outdoors, she enjoys four-wheeling and snowmobiling. Every August, Stephanie and her family demonstrate historic farming methods at the Sycamore Threshing Bee.
Donna has been a core member of the Incentive Concepts team since 2005. She doesn’t get overwhelmed with the thousands of orders she sees each day. Donna is a proud mother of a son and daughter, loves Rod Stewart, and can often be found with a book in her hand.
Mary Pat, better known as M.P., has been in the incentives business for over two decades. She came to Incentive Concepts in 2005 and is currently a Customer Loyalty Advisor. A self-proclaimed TV and genealogy addict, M.P. is a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan. She enjoys spending time with her husband Craig and three dogs.
After working for Elite Creations as Customer Service Specialist, Jenna Wallace serves in the role of Procurement Specialist with Incentive Concepts. With abilities to learn quickly, problem-solve, and implement processes, Jenna is excited to excel in her new role with the Incentive Concepts family.
Jenna lives in Rochelle, Illinois with her husband William and their two children. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys watching her son’s soccer games and cheering for her daughter at tennis matches and marching band performances.
Debbie joined Incentive Concepts in 1998 and currently serves as Office Administrator. Through her years at IC, Debbie has made a positive impact on customer service, marketing, and sales. She spends her evenings and weekends cheering on her husband’s softball team, and enjoys seeing him coach a middle school basketball team. Debbie is in her element when she’s cooking and entertaining either at work or at home.
Justin started his career at NASA and joined Incentive Concepts as the IT Director in 2006. He received his A.A.S. in Computer Network Technology from ECPI University. Justin is always looking for the newest technology to keep Incentive Concepts in the lead on the Information Super-Highway. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He unplugs with the serenity of nature while hunting.
Kurt joined Incentive Concepts in 2006. As the warehouse manager, Kurt ensures that the warehouse and the crew run like a well-oiled machine. Kurt’s more than 20 years of experience enables him to proactively manage and turn inventory. Kurt has been known to memorize quotes from movies, but his true joy is hearing his wife admit that he introduced their two kids to the awesomeness of retro video gaming.
Much like how hockey legend Gretzky is known by only his last name, friends and family (and now the IC team) refer to Brendan by his surname ‘Clayton.’ A lifelong St. Louisan, he was a multi-sport athlete, having competed in baseball, soccer and hockey his entire life. Clayton grew up a huge movie fan, drawn to action thrillers like the Bourne Ultimatum and comedies like Anchorman. With the recent addition of his daughter – who was born in August 2019 – his movie tastes will most certainly be changing to The Adventures of Elmo, Curious George, and Dr. Seuss.
Dan is a life-long St. Louisan. He loves the comradery of the warehouse crew. When he’s not working hard to ensure proper deliveries, he’s either watching the U.S. Men’s National soccer team or whipping up one of his favorite Cajun dishes. He likes reggae music and his passion is nighttime landscape photography.
With experience in warehousing, shipping & receiving and machine operations, Eric Hamm joins the Incentive Concepts team as Warehouse Associate. Eric loves staying active whether it’s taking 50-mile bike treks or enjoying weeks-long backpacking excursions. As a massive Bruce Lee fan, Eric tries to live by Lee’s quote, “Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.” Eric also has a variety of unique interests including gardening/horticulture, getting lost in music of bands like Black Sabbath, and watching cartoons as often as possible. We are happy that he took that left toin in Alba-koi-kee.
Brett was born and raised in The Centennial State but has called St. Louis home since the early 1990s. A lifelong athlete, he was quarterback and safety in the fall and took the mound as a pitcher in the spring. In his spare time, Brett enjoys getting out on the golf links (where he relies way too much on his trusty 3-iron), investing in real estate and traveling. His bucket-list destinations are the historic sites of Greece and the fjords & waterways of Scandinavia. A self-proclaimed audiophile, Brett can spend hours browsing Spotify for new and interesting artists. He also loves attending concerts, especially those that feature sets from his favorite bands like Pink Floyd and Tom Petty. Someone who cherishes time with family & friends, Brett never misses the yearly reunion at his family cabin in the Pikes Peak area of Colorado.
Self-described as the biggest St. Louis Blues fan in the known and unknown universe, Matt Whalen joins Incentive Concepts’ warehouse team. A fanatical youth baseball catcher as a kid, he considered himself the Johnny Bench of little league, and currently lives by Bench’s quote, “I was thinking about making a comeback, until I pulled a muscle vacuuming.” As Matt has gotten older, his focus has shifted to being the best uncle he can be.
Mike joined Incentive Concepts in 2013. He is a vital part of the warehouse team making sure that all orders are shipped on time, every time. Mike can often be found enjoying a St. Louis Blues hockey game on TV in the comfort of his own home, or with all the screaming fans at the game.
