Brian came to Incentive Concepts in 2004. In his time with IC he has served in several capacities, including Senior VP of Business Development.  Currently, Brian is spearheading industry relations, sales, marketing and events.  When he’s not playing chauffeur for his son you might find him playing hockey, soccer, or golf. Brian has a life-long passion for horseracing and is the owner of champion thoroughbreds.  Brian earned his degree at the University of Missouri. He is a passionate supporter of Window World Cares and assists in planning their annual Trivia Night to benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

Kevin Hagan
VP, Sales

Kevin’s industry and product knowledge is beyond reproach with three decades of experience in the incentive industry. Kevin began his career in luggage and he has been with IC for nearly 10 years.  A passion for travel aids Kevin in his success since much of his time is spent on the road. “Visiting my customers and sales reps is crucial,” says Kevin. When he’s not traveling Kevin enjoys spending time at home with his wife Cheri as well as spending time with kids Chris and Kelsey; whom are now grown. Golf is another passion though he rarely gets time to pursue it.  Kevin now calls Chicago home and is a die-hard fan of the Chicago Cubs, Bears and Blackhawks.

Raul Garcia, IP
Territory Sales Manager, IL & WI

With more than 25 years of industry experience, along with a background in merchandise, catalog and corporate gifts, Raul joins the Incentive Concepts team as Territory Sales Manager for Illinois and Wisconsin. Born and raised in the Windy City, and holding a BA from the University of Illinois at Chicago, he cherishes living in a tight-knit community where everyone knows everyone and neighbors look after each other. Raul is an avid golfer and enthusiastically supports his hometown teams: The Bears, White Sox and Bulls. With a curiosity of other cultures and traditions, Raul and his wife enjoy international travel along with their two boys.

Aaron Cook
Territory Sales Manager, SE

Aaron holds a BA of Business Administration from Lindenwood University. He has over a decade of experience in the incentive industry.  Joining Incentive Concepts in 2013 as a Regional Sales Representative, he quickly turned around an underperforming multi-state territory before moving on to his current role as Territory Sales Manager.  Aaron has been heavily involved in the rebranding of Incentive Concepts and planning for future growth.  When not traveling throughout his territory, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan and two boys, Walter and Wyatt and “sneaking in” a round of golf whenever possible.

Tom Sferratore
Territory Sales Manager, NY, NJ, MD, DE, & Eastern PA

Tom joins the Incentive Concepts team with close to a decade of experience in the incentive industry. Beginning his career with a tier 1 manufacturer, he was responsible for managing the entire premium and incentive channel including sales, account management, budgeting, marketing, trade shows and sales presentations. Starting in an entry-level order management position and working his way up to Sales Manager, Tom has a broad understanding of all facets of the business. He enjoys family time with his wife Nadine and stepson Angel, and is drawn to the peace and beauty of the mountains. If you are ever in the Big Apple, keep an eye open for Tom during his frequent runs through the streets of Queens and Brooklyn.

Kate Renk
Sales Representative, Events

Kate joins the Incentive Concepts team as Sales Representative for the company’s Event Gifting division. With more than 15 years of industry experience, combined with a passion for the art and science of motivation, she will strive to help expand Incentive Concepts’ connections in the incentive and event gifting channel. Kate has a degree in Communication from the University of Missouri, along with minors in English and Digital Media. She resides in Austin, Texas with her fiancé Mark and beloved labradoodle Bodhi. In her spare time, Kate enjoys living the ATX lifestyle by hiking, paddle boarding, enjoying live music and eating barbecue. She also volunteers for her church and Meals on Wheels, helping deliver food to homeless, home-bound older adults and people with disabilities.

Carlee Garofalo
Events Manager

A native of St. Louis, Carlee was a Customer Loyalty Advisor with Incentive Concepts before transitioning to her current role of Events Manager. In her spare time, Carlee enjoys fishing, cooking, watching reality TV, and hanging out with her dog, Pepper, and cat, Kat…with a K. Carlee enjoys visiting her parents at the Lake of the Ozarks and spending time with her two nephews in Kansas City.

Michelle Birkla

Michelle joined Incentive Concepts in 2016 to focus on Bose corporate sales, and to ensure Incentive Concepts’ customers get superior service.  Early in her career she mastered the skills of running high-end special events, and most recently was a sales and visual merchandiser for a mainstream luxury clothing retailer.  When she’s not busy helping customers, Michelle enjoys gardening, cooking, entertaining, and spending time with her family.

Brett Harper

Brett was born and raised in The Centennial State but has called St. Louis home since the early 1990s. A lifelong athlete, he was quarterback and safety in the fall and took the mound as a pitcher in the spring. In his spare time, Brett enjoys getting out on the golf links (where he relies way too much on his trusty 3-iron), investing in real estate and traveling. His bucket-list destinations are the historic sites of Greece and the fjords & waterways of Scandinavia. A self-proclaimed audiophile, Brett can spend hours browsing Spotify for new and interesting artists. He also loves attending concerts, especially those that feature sets from his favorite bands like Pink Floyd and Tom Petty. Someone who cherishes time with family & friends, Brett never misses the yearly reunion at his family cabin in the Pikes Peak area of Colorado.
