With 20+ years of finance and accounting experience and holding a BS in Accounting from Missouri State University, Steve joined Incentive Concepts in 2016. Steve is responsible for all financial controls including establishing company-wide objectives, policies, procedures, processes and practices. Away from the office, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and watching his three children compete in a variety of sports and activities. He also enjoys playing golf & tennis, and participating in the men’s club at his church.  If Steve appears sleep deprived, it is due to the recent addition to his family: a Goldendoodle puppy named Elliot.

Karla graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelors in Accounting. In September of 2007 she joined the Incentive Concepts team and was promoted to Accounting Manager in 2010. Her dependability has made her a vital part of our accounting team.  Karla enjoys being a mother of four and is a huge classic rock fan.  She may or may not own an Axel Rose poster.

With a strong background in shipping, receiving, accounting and retail, McKayla is part of the Incentive Concepts finance and accounting team. A native St. Louisan, McKayla spends her free time reading mystery novels and is obsessed with all things Harry Potter. When she’s not working, reading, or strategizing her quidditch skills, McKayla cares for her dog, Amara, and gecko, Opie, and enjoys discovering the newest St. Louis area Italian and sushi restaurants.

Yasar received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Missouri-Saint Louis.  After an internship in Tax Accounting, he joined Incentive Concepts team in February 2016 as a Staff Accountant. He is very excited to be a part of this great team. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, and learning new things.
