Fresh to St. Louis from the bright lights of Nashville, Katie brings her unique creative skills to the Incentive Concepts team as Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator. She comes with a diverse background in design, including environmental/experiential design and branding. Katie is an energetic, motivated designer with a positive and cooperative attitude who loves developing solutions to complex problems. Music and nature fuel Katie’s creativity: she’s a flower child with a rock ’n roll heart. Away from the office, you will find Katie at a rock or blues show, chasing sunsets, or hanging out by a lake listening to Janis, Jimi, or Slash.
Michelle joined Incentive Concepts in 2016 to focus on Bose corporate sales, and to ensure Incentive Concepts’ customers get superior service. Early in her career she mastered the skills of running high-end special events, and most recently was a sales and visual merchandiser for a mainstream luxury clothing retailer. When she’s not busy helping customers, Michelle enjoys gardening, cooking, entertaining, and spending time with her family.
Kurt joined Incentive Concepts in 2006. As the warehouse manager, Kurt ensures that the warehouse and the crew run like a well-oiled machine. Kurt’s more than 20 years of experience enables him to proactively manage and turn inventory. Kurt has been known to memorize quotes from movies, but his true joy is hearing his wife admit that he introduced their two kids to the awesomeness of retro video gaming.
Lisa holds the title of longest employee and has thoroughly enjoyed wearing several different hats over her 20+ year career. Currently Lisa is responsible for purchasing and inventory control. Lisa enjoys cooking fabulous meals for her family, hanging out with pets, St. Louis Blues hockey, and cycling. Can I get a “Let’s Go Blues!”?
Aaron holds a BA of Business Administration from Lindenwood University. He has over a decade of experience in the incentive industry. Joining Incentive Concepts in 2013 as a Regional Sales Representative, he quickly turned around an underperforming multi-state territory before moving on to his current role as Territory Sales Manager. Aaron has been heavily involved in the rebranding of Incentive Concepts and planning for future growth. When not traveling throughout his territory, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan and two boys, Walter and Wyatt and “sneaking in” a round of golf whenever possible.
When arriving to Incentive Concepts corporate headquarters, Yma’s smiling face will greet you at the door. Since 2001, she has been a key member of the corporation. Yma likes to escape with a good book and crocheting when she’s not spending time with her family.
Connie stopped counting her years in accounting after mastering both payables and receivables. She prefers getting paid, so she oversees all account receivables for Incentive Concepts. She spends her time in the kitchen and money on motorcycles. Connie uses the IC team as her guinea pigs for her latest recipes.
As the Director of Event Gifting by Incentive Concepts, Lauren manages the ins-and-outs of all events. With her background in communications, she has the skills to communicate with colleagues, staff, and clients. Lauren thrives on the unique challenges presented by each event. She earned her Bachelors and Masters in Communication Studies at Lindenwood University. Lauren and her husband Justin have two dogs and enjoy experiencing life whether it be traveling to Europe, sipping wine with friends, or attending a concert. She and Justin help organize an annual diaper drive benefiting the St. Louis Crisis Nursery.
Dan is a life-long St. Louisan. He loves the comradery of the warehouse crew. When he’s not working hard to ensure proper deliveries, he’s either watching the U.S. Men’s National soccer team or whipping up one of his favorite Cajun dishes. He likes reggae music and his passion is nighttime landscape photography.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, along with a background in merchandise, catalog and corporate gifts, Raul joins the Incentive Concepts team as Territory Sales Manager for Illinois and Wisconsin. Born and raised in the Windy City, and holding a BA from the University of Illinois at Chicago, he cherishes living in a tight-knit community where everyone knows everyone and neighbors look after each other. Raul is an avid golfer and enthusiastically supports his hometown teams: The Bears, White Sox and Bulls. With a curiosity of other cultures and traditions, Raul and his wife enjoy international travel along with their two boys.
Regina is thrilled to return to the incentives industry after several years in the marketing and advertising field. As a Customer Resource Specialist, Regina enjoys interacting with clients and helping them fulfill their needs. Her family includes a husband, two adult children, a daughter-in-law and several furry four-legged friends. When not at work, Regina enjoys boating, fishing and relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks. Her favorite getaway spot is anywhere with a beach. This is quite clear based on the colorful beach towel hanging over the back of her office chair.
A native of St. Louis, Carlee joins the Incentive Concepts family as a member of the Customer Resource team. For the past 10 years, Carlee managed a family-favorite North St. Louis County landmark, Fritz’s Frozen Custard, where she helped create an amazing experience for its customers. In her spare time, Carlee enjoys watching reality TV and crime dramas, and hanging out with the world’s best dog, her Shih Tzu “Pepper”. Carlee’s favorite day of the year is Mardi Gras, which is quite clear by all the purple, green and gold beads hanging from her rear-view mirror.
Kevin’s industry and product knowledge is beyond reproach with three decades of experience in the incentive industry. Kevin began his career in luggage and he has been with IC for nearly 10 years. A passion for travel aids Kevin in his success since much of his time is spent on the road. “Visiting my customers and sales reps is crucial,” says Kevin. When he’s not traveling Kevin enjoys spending time at home with his wife Cheri as well as spending time with kids Chris and Kelsey; whom are now grown. Golf is another passion though he rarely gets time to pursue it. Kevin now calls Chicago home and is a die-hard fan of the Chicago Cubs, Bears and Blackhawks.
Jennifer Hagemeyer grew up in Somonauk, Illinois and graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1997. As an original member of the Elite Creations team, she has experience working with all Elite Creations brand categories including managing the supplier relations and sales support for the housewares, leisure and fitness lines.
Combining her love of travel and antiques, along with a passion for life behind the camera, Jennifer is an avid photographer. She owns her own professional photography business, serves as president of her local camera club, and is proud to have won numerous awards at various photo exhibitions and galleries.
Jennifer lives in Rockford, Illinois along wither her two Shar-Pei dogs. Every Halloween, she challenges herself to hand out candy to the nearly 1,000 trick-or-treaters who visit her home.
With experience and success in managing outdoor power equipment lines, Rona Hardt joins the Incentive Concepts team as Brand Leader. A life-long Chicago Cub fan, it is unlikely she will be swayed by the St. Louis Cardinals traditions in which she now finds herself.
Rona grew up in DeKalb, Illinois and earned a degree in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University. After graduation, she worked as Ticket Office Manager at NIU before holding positions in non-profit development and media relations for the American Red Cross.
In addition to cheering on the Cubs (along with the Bears and Blackhawks), Rona enjoys karaoke, crafting, and volunteering for several community causes. She lives in DeKalb with her fiancé Ken and his two children.
Andy is responsible for managing the marketing efforts for Incentive Concepts, working with the brands that Incentive Concepts represents and collaborating with the IC leadership, operations and sales departments. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, staying fit and cheering for the St. Louis Blues. Andy is also an active ice hockey referee, officiating various levels of amateur hockey in addition to serving in education & development leadership roles with the Missouri Ice Hockey Officials Association. He always has a whistle in his pocket in case he needs to assess “5 minutes for fighting” penalties on fellow IC team members.
With 20+ years of finance and accounting experience and holding a BS in Accounting from Missouri State University, Steve joined Incentive Concepts in 2016. Steve is responsible for all financial controls including establishing company-wide objectives, policies, procedures, processes and practices. Away from the office, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and watching his three children compete in a variety of sports and activities. He also enjoys playing golf & tennis, and participating in the men’s club at his church. If Steve appears sleep deprived, it is due to the recent addition to his family: a Goldendoodle puppy named Elliot.
Shaye joined the Incentive Concepts team in 2015 and hit the floor running. She is always up for a new challenge and works the best under pressure. Thorough and meticulous, she ensures information is accurate. Outside of work Shaye can be found cheering on her three boys (two teenagers and husband) in the many sports they play. Shaye also spends a considerable amount of time volunteering at her church.
Raised on a farm in Hampshire, Illinois, Stephanie Koebele’s job prior to joining Elite Creations was working at a John Deere implement dealer. A country girl at heart, you will now find her on Park Avenue in the Big Apple buying thousands of handbags and accessories every year. In her role with the Incentive Concepts team, our resident fashionista manages our fashion lines.
Stephanie and her husband Eric live on acreage in Lee, Illinois along with their Labrador retrievers Kabela and Benelli. With an adventurous love of the outdoors, she enjoys four-wheeling and snowmobiling. Every August, Stephanie and her family demonstrate historic farming methods at the Sycamore Threshing Bee.
